After
submitting the booking form and clicking on the "Confirm your
booking" button, no other confirmation from your side is needed!
Within 12 hours we will confirm your booking by sending you an e-mail
with reference number of your booking. If you need our confirmation in a
more urgent way, please call +7 495
7905044 (24 hours).
If you book transfer from airport, we will search the status of your flight and our driver will be present
with the name board in the arrival hall of the airport within 15 minutes
after the actual landing of your flight.
If you book taxi to the hotel, our driver will wait you on the
reception. In other cases we will call or text you upon arrival of your taxi on the address
indicated in booking form, providing you with information about your car's model, color and license plate number.
You can cancel your
booking free of charge not later than 2 hours before
the time indicated in the booking form. If you cancel the airport
transfer booking later than 2 hours before the time indicated, you shall
pay 50% of its cost. If you cancel it after the arrival of the car in
the airport, you shall pay 100% of transfer cost.
If you cancel your booking for city ride after arrival of taxi, you shall pay the minimal city ride, i.e. 400 RUB.
